Sesiune de interviuri :

AL Tayer va tine o sesiune de interviuri in perioada 2 - 4 octombrie 2010 in Bucuresti la Hotel Crown Plaza. Compania intentioneaza sa angajeze 50 de persoane ca reprezentanti de vanzari pentru marcile lor in Mall-urile din Dubai. Interviurile se vor tine in limba engleza iar limita de varsta este de 33 de ani.

Job Title : Sales Person

 

Reporting to : Store Manager/Deputy Floor Manager

Job Purpose: To achieve the sales targets through: Identifying customer needs, delivering excellent customer service, building relationships with key customers and ensuring store standards are maintained in order cultivate customer loyalty and uphold the image of the brand.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Welcome customers into the store; initiate the sales process, offer them qualified advise on the available products , recommend/demonstrate appropriate products; and promote cross selling with a view to meet the customers' needs.
  2. Provide professional till point service to close the sale and offer the customers an overall enjoyable shopping experience.
  3. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate any serious issues to the Store Manager/Deputy Floor Manager for suitable resolution.
  4. Maintain an up-to-date database of customers visiting the store.
  5. Communicate to the customers the information on special offers/ sales promotion events.
  6. Merchandise goods prominently on the shop shelves & display units, replenishing stocks as often as required in conjunction with the Store manager/Deputy Floor Manager and merchandising team.
  7. Check stock levels daily and recommend orders to the Store Manager/Deputy Floor Manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
  8. Update product knowledge, follow latest trends to provide confident and relevant advice to customers and gather market intelligence to learn about competition / stay ahead of it.
  9. Maintain personal grooming as per the brand standards to represent a positive image
  10. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

•  High school or “O” Levels
•  Pleasant personality and good grooming
•  Knowledge of spoken and written English essential
